Sun - rest, Mon - with T-ville at Region course, one loop warm-up, 3 loops step-down (accelerated pace each 800). Finished passing Mitch, Monty and Jose cruising, then encouraged Whitney on the home stretch. Uneven grass terrain hard on back but good for overall leg strength, calves really tight on warm-up loop, then stretched them to obedience.
T-b-ball, lots of new guys showed up, games were to 7. Pretty good, should probably take charge more, overpassed one game. |
